The Internet Experience
At first I was excited to start a cyber english class. I thought "ooh, computers everyday".Unfortunately it turned out that this class was not all a 'bed of roses'.It took everyone at least a week or more to just establish a homepage.I was not familiar with the language of the computer(html), so it took me forever to do the first assignment.The computers did not exactly make the situation much easier, they all had faults.
It took me a while to really get settled but it was worth the hassle, because now I like the class.This class has made me learn more about computers.I would not say the class is hard but it is not easy either, we still have to do work.Mrs. Mayo gives us books to read and we always have something to do.I must say she has the best choice of literature. I guess she knows teenagers get bored very easily. One other thing I love is the fact that we have access to the internet.
The class is overall a good experience and one could learn a lot from this.I think more money should be invested in a project like this,so that more students can gain this experience.School is for learning but it can also be a fun experience and this is fun.There should be more classes like this, after all it is the twenty-first century.
