5 days till due date, she is def ready, to say the least.

Dec 27:

Ashlee debates trying the castor oil method to possibly induce labor. I'm not a fan, for obvious reasons.

Dec 28:

4:00am-active labor contractions start. Stella seems to be right on time, she def won't take after her mom then. : )

4:00pm-contractions 12-15 min apart.

Dec 29:

1:30am-contractions are becoming extremely uncomfortable for Ashlee, phone doctor.

2:45am-off to hospital

4:00am-nurses indicate that the contractions Ashlee has been having aren't true labor contractions! WTF

6:00am-waiting on our Dr. to see about having her water broken.

7:50am-6cm dilated!

10:00am-"Epidurals are the greatest thing God ever created" as Ashlee says. I would have to agree. Seeing Ashlee in that much pain was heartbreaking. 8cm dilated.
