| The First Buck in this picture is my buck for the year, which my brother shot with his 270. The Second Buck was also shot by my brother, but it was called in by me to within 20 yards of my brother. My brother was straight in front of me and there were 2 deer straight in front of him. The wind was blowing angling to the left of us. The deer started to run towards the way where the wind was blowing and that is when I started to rattle with my rattlebag. I then lost sight of the deer, but my brother saw it come through the trees straight toward where I was sitting. He took a shot at it and then he saw the other deer run off. He didn't see where the other one went. My brother walked up to where the deer was when he shot and there it was on the ground dead. He had shot it right through the neck and dropped it right away. |
