Words of Wisdom...

      Last night I had a dream, I dreamed I was walking along the beach with the Lord. And across the sky flashed scenes in my mind and for each scene, I noticed, two sets of footprints in the sand; one belong to me and the other to the Lord. And after the last scene on my mind, light flashed before me. I looked back at the footprints in the sand, and I noticed that many times along the path of my life, especially at the very moments of distress, there was only one set of Footprints in the Sand. Now this way troubled me, so I asked the Lord about it. "Lord, you said once I decided to follow you, you will stay with me and walk with me all the way, but I noticed that during the saddest and loneliest times of my life, there was only one set of Footprints in the Sand. I don't understand why when I needed you the most, you would leave me." The Lord replied: "My child, my precious child, I love you and I will never leave you. During those times of your sufferings, when you could see only one set of Footprints in the Sand, it was then, when I carry you."

"Lord, I need only one thing in this world:  To know myself, and to love God; Give me, heavenly Father Your love and Your peace.  With these I am rich enough and desire nothing more; Sweet and humble heart of Jesus, make my heart like Yours."
