The following are links to excellent web sites offering printable handouts for MS Paint. They are intended for children from 7-11 but are excellent for adult beginners. They may be downloaded freely and used as handouts in educational establishments.
Please note, however, that the copyright law applies to the internet as well as written material. The authors have spend a lot of time preparing these and have been generous enough to share them with us. It would not be ethical nor legal to pass them off as your own work and full credit should be given to the authors.
The following sites have printable handouts that cover all the skills you need for the computer art. It is up to each indiviudal to check that you have the right to print them out and use them in your own establishments.
