| The mysterious organization known as The Hand is an intelligence gathering/thieves guild type of organization. The Hand is known to all governments and is freely used by all. They are a truly neutral body, serving all who can pay the appropriate fee for their services. Heads of state from all over Colabore use their services to gather info on rivals, threats, trade practices, and just about anything else you can think of. The Hand is run by an enigmatic figure known only as "Rill" No one really knows who or what Rill is, for he/she/it? is never seen and never met. Although agents of The Hand can be found in just about any city, the location of their headquarters is a closely guarded secret. |
