Lagoras
The lagora were unknown until only a small time ago. None know how the lagora made it to the world, except perhaps the oldest of the species. They are an extremely hardy race. Lagora base settlements only exist in some of the most desolate and disastrous places in the world. They would be found in the deep ice caves, wearing nought but a loin cloth, and others would be found living within the walls of a volcano, wearing masses of clothing, as if tempting the fates to just try and hurt them. They tend to adapt, every generation, to the various conditions of their fathers and mothers. If a lagora's parent had gotten slashed down the arm and retained a scar, the child would have more hardened skin in the exact spot where the parent had been hurt. If the parent were slashed across the eye, the Trollish child body would have developed an extra layer of skin over the coinciding eye to prevent such things as happening again. This makes many lagora very hard to kill.

Their society is extremely shamanistic. The village's they have are led by one Shaman who is usually the most powerful cleric of a tribe. They perform bloody rituals, sacrifice the young, old, and those of middling ages to their god's and lead many lives full of self-mutilation. The lagora live by the idea ' Learn From Mistakes' and therefore are much like the children who stick the fork in the light socket and enjoy it. Many of the lagora are masochistic, loving the feel of pain.  However, they are not overly dark, they simply have a strange way of life.

The lagora are very tall and lean creatures, looking much like an odd cross between orcs and elves, being not overly muscular, and a more turqoise color. Their skin colors vary based on the conditions they are from.  They have long black, blue, or green hair which many tend to grow out to enormous lengths. They have many piercings and scars as trophies. They have small tusks, that protrude from their lower lips.  Their eyes can be of almost any color. They have four fingers (no little finger), and have only three toes.  Many of their noses tend to be long and pointed.

� +4 Constitution, -2 Intelligence,-2 Wisdom,-2 Charisma. The Lagora are extremely tough, able to shake off tremendous blows, yet they do not have very capable minds, tend to act on impulse and are usually mistaken as odd, bloodthirsty orcs.
