You conjure a beautiful chariot that radiates power and inspiration. The chariot is pulled by four spectral mounts and can hold up to five medium size humanoids with a maximum weight capacity of 2,000 pounds. The chariot has a speed of 60 feet, a fly speed of 100 feet (average maneuverability), and a swim speed of 80 feet. Anyone inside the chariot may breath underwater, speak telepathically with each other, has energy resistance 5, damage reduction 5/magic, and fast healing 3. The chariot itself has 150 hit points, hardness 40, and fast-healing 5. It is immune to all energy based damage and has a spell resistance of 25.
All allies within 50 feet of the chariot feel greatly inspired. These allies gain 1d8 extra hit points, a +1 competence bonus on all attack rolls, damage rolls, and saves. The allies also become immune to all fear effects. These effects last as long as the chariot is within 50 feet and 1d10 minutes after the chariot is gone.
All enemies within 50 feet of the chariot are filled with fear. They must save their will save or take a -1 penalty of all attack and damage rolls. Additionally, they take a -4 morale penalty on will saves against fear effects. These effects last as long as the chariot is within 50 feet and 1d6 minutes thereafter.
An unmanned chariot gives no bonus or penalties to allies and enemies. Only the caster of the spell may direct the chariot. Driving the chariot is done mentally so the caster may still cast spells and perform other actions. If the spells ends while the chariot is in the air, all occupants sink to the ground as if under the effects of a featherfall spell.
