Volunteer in Our Class !

Field Trips: Come with us to the North Carolina Zoo! Come explore the animal world with us. We have been learning about animals all year and are excited to see the real thing! When: May 17, 2005 from 8:30am- 1:30pm   Farewell Picnic in the Park Come celebrate a great year as we enjoy a picnic lunch in the park. We will present our class book that we have been working hard on all year. We will also play games and enjoy the beautiful outdoors! Classroom Opportunities: Spring Planting Helpers are needed for a spring planting lesson. Parents and relatives are encouraged to volunteer to help our students with planting our own bean sprouts. Each student will be planting a bean sprout and we need volunteers to work with small groups of students at various stations around the room. When: April 29, 2005 from 10:00am -11:30am Bake Sale Volunteers are needed to help with the spring bake sale. Bakers and vendors are needed on Friday, May 6th. Please have all baked goods in the office by 12:00pm. The bake sale will begin at 2:30pm in front of the school. When: May 6th, 2005 from 2:30pm- 4:00pm   Please email Ms. Harmon if you are interested in helping.
