It has inspired me to become social with my peers. It allows me to interact with other students from the school. It has made me grow as a person because of the encouragement for change in my life personally and educationally.

Link Crew is a group of older students from the school who help incoming freshmens throughout the year. We familiarize the campus to the freshmen. Throughout the year the Link Crew Leaders keep in touch with their freshmen and make sure that their first year is going great and they are comfortable here in Sierra Vista High S

Talent Search is a program that helps students to get into college. They inform you on what colleges might be suitable for you. I have been apart of this program since my sophomore year. It has enhanced my knowledge on some things about college I did noteven knew existed.

There are some events that Key Club does such as the Thanksgiving dinner at Morgan Park. I participated in that event and to see families have a good time during that holiday was a reward in itself.
One of the events was at Elwin Middle School, a bunch of us got together and cleaned up the baseball field because it was so filthy with trash. It was very hot that day but I had a great experience.
One Halloween we met in front of Morgan Park and had little stations for children to come and make an ornament for that holiday. To see children have fun with making small crafts made me want to help even more.
This Christmas, my friend Cristina invited me to help with her mom''s Christmas party. We had to take pictures of the children with Santa Claus at the party. We were somewhat Santa's ellves. I had a lot of fun doing this for the parents and children.
