Samuel married Sarah Whichcote, daughter of Paul Whichcote and Mary, on 1 Dec 1736 in St. Paul's Episcopal Church in Baltimore, Maryland. (Sarah Whichcote was born about 1710 in Maryland and died after 1761.)
