This is the box from JCWhitney.com. You will actually need four 2.5" 45 degree madrel bends and two 2.5" 90 degree bends. You'll see in later pictures that I also used a straight piece of 2.5" pipe that I baught at AutoZone. Go ahead and get the pipe from JCWhitney so it will be the same.
This is the lower IC Pipe. Two 45s and a piece of straight pipe.

An incomplete look at the fabrication of my Intercooler Hardpipes. The IC pipes consist of two major sections, the upper pipe which runs from the IC to the HKS cross piece and the lower pipe that runs from the turbo to the IC. The upper pipe is divided into two sections to facilitate working under the hood. The upper pipe does go through the stock snorkle hole so a aftermarket air filter is required. . I initially fit together 2.5" crimp bent pieces from AutoZone to make sure that I could do it and then ordered madrel bent pieces from JCWhiney.com Note that my pipes are made to fit the HKS 2.5" cross pipe (it replaces the 3000 pipe). You could easlily extend the upper portion with some straight stock. Once I got everything cut and fit together, I took the three sections down to my local muffler shop and had them welded together for $40. I had marked each piece for fit with a sharpie to make sure the angles faced the right way for the welder. Sorry, but I lost some of my digital pictures some how. These pictures showed the fabrication of the two sections of the upper pipe. Ive included pictures of the upper section of the upper pipe completed and one of the lower section of the upper pipe test pipe made of the crimp bent stuff. This will show you some the gist of that portion. Good luck.
The upper portion of the upper pipe. Note the flange for my GReddy BOV. It is positioned so that I can run a hose to recycle the BOV back into the intake. See the engine pic on the main page.
