To complete a Scouting mission, you must first purchase a camera and/or a sensor pod and install them on your ship. Next, Jump to the sector you've been hired to survey. Lock onto the Station in the sector, and press the 'p' button to snap a picture or the 's' button to scan the sector. Upon completion, your recieve payment & experience.
