Rudel and UndeadAce have stayed up many hours coming to conclusions and ideas that would best suit the training critque. Among some of the items that were not mentioned above: Trainee will sit on the ground while watching the instructor perform a manuever againts another aircraft. After that, the student will go up and perform the same manuever againts the instructor. While this goes on, all smoke systems must be enabled.

Outside views will be on. Also while in flight each student will be recorded and the track file will be looked over to pick out bad spots.
