| In His Presence?! |

| Sometimes God wants to envelop us in His presence and give us rest and love. But it's for me to decide whether I want to experience His goodness, love, and splendour. It costs a lot; once I'm in His presence I'll be speechless...there won't be room for anger, bad thoughts etc. but there will be confession. God will show me my weakness and at the same time provide me with His strength. Dwelling in His presence requires humility and the acknowledgement that I NEED HIM in all I do. |
| A Little Boy Found in His Presence As a little boy Bill Wilson was left waiting at a corner by his mother. He waited for her to return for three days....then a pastor of a church found him an took him home. Later he went to a camp with many other children. There an altar call was given. No-one noticed that he, Bill, the poor, filthy, lonesome boy went to the stage too. No-one came up to him in order to pray with him...only Jesus. Bill could feel the presence of Jesus - and so he gave his life to Him. Now Bill is the pastor of the largest sunday-shool church in the whole world. Just because he had sat in the presence of the LORD as a little child... |
