Jeff Forman is a financial advisor and a member of the San Diego Chapter of the Financial Planning Association (FPA). He is also a Registered Principal, branch manager, and investment advisory representative with Foothill Securities, Inc., an NASD broker-dealer.  Jeff has served as a member of the Board of Directors for the Financial Planning Association of Silicon Valley. Previously he served as a director of the Silicon Valley Chapter of the International Association for Financial Planning (IAFP). He graduated from the University of Southern California, where he received his Bachelors degree in Political Science.

Areas of specialization include counseling clients in imvestment management, estate planning, personal financial planning, retirement, and college funding. Jeff is licensed in life and health insurance and annuities. Among the services he offers his clients are solutions to financial problems through the products of over thirty investment organizations (portfolio management firms, mutual fund famlies, and insurance companies). His services feature the 1990 Nobel prize-winning investment techniques of Modern Portfolio Theory. Jeff has lectured with educational offerings on investments and retirement planning.

Prior to establishing his investment consulting practice in 1992, Jeff enjoyed a twenty-nine year career with IBM in Southern California and the Bay Area. He held a number of management and senior staff positions in the marketing, manufacturing, and software development organizations.

Jeff and his wife Elaine live in Carlsbad, California where he enjoys running, swimming, and travel.
