This is what a 140k mile motor looks like w/ new wires and a set of headers :)
I am very unhappy with the Edelbrock TES.  When i get my new motor, I'm going to get Hooker #2050 for my SS.  It has the right flange for the cat, but has 1 5/8" tubes instead of the 1.5" tubes of the TES.  Also, the collector on the TES is 2.25" while the 2050 is 2.5".  Last, I will get them Jet-Hot coated, because rust makes them look bad QUICK !  I paid like $379 for the TES through summit, and the #2050 bought through JetHot with coating is $565.  Also, the TES do not have good plug access, especially for how small the tubes are.  It is impossible to remove the #1 or #8 plug w/ them in place.  Also, for install it is easier to remove the intermediate steering shaft.  Lastly, the backmost bolt hole on the passenger side may NOT BE FACTORY TAPPED !  Also, make sure your wires are away from your headers and use insulators and zip ties.  I fried two wires the first week!  Let me tell you, it doesn't help power.  In addition, make sure that all gasket surfaces are clean, and try to soak bolts a day in advance.  I ended up snapping a bolt in the head, a major pain!  Make sure your EFE valve is clean and functioning before re-installing.  Now is also a good time to change your oxygen sensor and catalytic converter.
