Now that you have read the twisted tale of The Tell-Tale Heart, it is time for us to get even deeper inside the fascinating mund of Edagar Allan Poe.  For this project we will be performing our own version of The Tell-Tale Heart.  In tomorrow's class we will be handing out parts, so use tonight as your chance to think of how you want to be involved.  The parts will be broken up into four groups.  They are as follows:

1) sound effect people- will meet up with the directors as a team and discuss what/where the sound effects will be needed.  You can download these sound effects from a site such as Kazaa.
2) narrators-  You will be the voice inside Poe's head.  So, you will be have to really act out the text.  You will break up the play in equal portions, and than divvy up the reading amongst the group.
3) props people-You will be responsible for collecting the props (get as many things together from the text as possible)...if there is something that we don't have that is a neccesity, I will purchase it.
4) directors- You will put the project together.  You will also be meeting with other people to work (in a collaboritive effort) on how certain scenes should be played out.  However, the main ideas of the plot, will be your own.
