MRJAP1 I was only 6 years old when John Kennedy was shot down on Elm St. in downtown Dallas. I was attending a Catholic grade school in Iowa, and remember the reactions of the adults around me. I also remember spending the next 72 to 80 hours glued to the TV watching all of the events as they unfolded both in Dallas and in Washington D.C. I had always thought that Lee Harvey Oswald could have been the lone assassin, as the Government has told us for years. The key word in the above statement is HAD, I had till I made a trip to Dealey Plaza myself sometime in the early 80's. When I first walked into the Plaza, the first thing I said to my wife, was that if Oswald was the shooter there was no way that he was the only shooter. For those of you who have only seen the Plaza on TV or in pictures, the Plaza is a lot smaller place than what it looks like. There is no way that one man could have fired 3 (let alone up to 6) shots in the time that the motorcade was in the Plaza. 38 years is a long time for a man to be accused of something that he didn't do. It is time that our Government, (the Government that is supposed to be by the people and for the people), to stop lying to the people and let us know what happened. I'll read about this and learn as much as I can about this till the day I die. I will not give up until the truth is known!!!! mrjap1 |
