Charter flights can sometimes provide a major source of income to many airlines and other flight service companies. This month, we are going to provide a charter service flight for a team of developers and their equipment to a remote location in Canada. The runway at the landing field is only approximately 6000 feet long, so we will be using the ATR-72 for our plane. The destination city is called Rouyn-Noranda in the province of Quebec. Rouyn-Noranda is approximately 600 miles Northwest of Montreal. See below for details. Rouyn-Noranda is essentially off the beaten path and there are few NAV AIDS available out in this region. See the map below.

Airfield length at Rouyn-Noranda requires the use of a lighter aircraft. Use the ATR-72 for this flight.
Conditions:
This feature flight is primarily for those pilots using FS2002. I'm not sure if FS98 or FS2000 has all the required NAV aids and if CYUY even exists in these previous simulators. For those of you who don't have FS2002 and/or if your simulator doesn't support this route, you may only fly the KJFK-CYUL route (New York to Montreal).

NOTE: USE OF THE GPS ON THIS FLIGHT IS NOT ALLOWED. Keep honest and you will get more fun out of this flight. It is designed to sharpen your skills of navigation based upon VOR'S and piloting by heading only.
