The premature deaths of Rennie and her daughter Renaa shocked and disrupted many lives. Rennie was married to AaronOnn for many years on the mainland. She watched him leave by ship as he went to find his sisters on the Lok'Groton island chain. She later discovered she was pregnant by Aaron and saved money to follow him.
She arrived and was accepted by Aaron's family. Then she went into labor and while she was in labor, Aaron died while she was in labor. Rennie had Renaa and then learned of Aaron's death. She went to south farms and killed herself over her husband's body.
Renaa grew up, adopting Spring as her sister in life. Spring and Renaa got into a lot of trouble. Their original goal was to become Mystics, but as the girls grew older, Spring broke off from that goal and became a Fighter. Renaa became engaged to Phiros and became pregnant with Fel Gabriel.
Renaa and Phiros had a fight over a joke that went too far. Renaa thought she had lost Phiros' love forever and took her life. ToriAnn used Solindish magic to transfer Fel into Arteress Lai's womb.
It is believed that Renaa's soul still follows Fel around.
