Crash And Burn

AN: Alright. I have something to say. Yesterday, I wrote and posted a Gilmore Girls
fic. I got 22 reviews in one day. I have people telling me to drop Buffy, and focus
on Gillmore Gilrls fics. I don't know what to do. I love you both. With Buffy, there
are endless possiblities. I mean, I've got clip fics, song fics, and I am currently
writing(well, waiting for my partner to send me what she has) a wonderfully imaginative
epic Buffy fic. I'm talking all out, at least 20 chapters. It's got everything.
Buffy/Angel, a little Buffy/Spike, a bit of Willow/Xander, Xander/Anya, and not to mention
a new charcter. Oh, did I mention Liam/Angelous/Angel is a main focus? I'm talking
explinations for everything! We have sex, violence, sexual violence, love, hate. I'm
telling you, it's a doozy! And if I abandoned Buffy, I'm not even sure I'd be missed.
But then on the other hand, there is Gillmore Girls. This show is sweet, and touching.
Funny, and romantic. The show can move anywhere because it's so new, and the charcters
are so loveable. The fans are sweet, and accepting.
I love you both so much, I really don't know what to do. In the meantime, here is a
new clip fic that did this morning. I hope you like it. I'm not sure about this one.

Song Crash And Burn
Joyce: Have a good time. I know you're gonna make friends right away,
just think positive.
//When you feel alone
And the world has turned its back on you//
Buffy: There's no 'we', okay? I'm the Slayer, and you're not.
//Give me a moment please to tame your wild wild heart//
Kendra: "But the Slayer must work in secret, for security."
Giles: "Of course, b-b-but with Buffy, however, it's-it's, um, some flexibilities
required."
//I know that you feel like the walls are closing in on you//
Buffy: You know, I just wanted to start over. Be like everybody else.
Have some friends, y'know, maybe a dog... But, no, you had to come here,
you couldn't go suck on some other town.
//It's hard to find relief and people can be so cold//
Principal Snyder: "Buffy Summers. If there's trouble, she's behind it."
Buffy: "You stupid little troll. You have no idea."
Principal Snyder: "Attitude problem. Serious."
//When darkness is upon your door//
Buffy: They say how he's gonna kill me? Do you think it'll hurt?
//and you feel like you can't take it anymore//
Willow: I thought I could take anything. But, Buffy, this... this was
different.
//Let me be the one you call//
Willow: "You're the Slayer and we're, like, the Slayerettes."
//If you jump I'll break your fall//
Xander: "I'm not going anywhere until I know that Buffy and Willow are all
right."
//Lift you up and fly away with you into the night//
Buffy: Okay. Look, if you're gonna be popping up with this Cryptic
Wise Man act on a regular basis, can you at least tell me your name?
Angel: Angel.
//If you need to fall apart//
Buffy: "You don't have to make him the bad guy."
Willow: "But that's the best friend's job, vilifying and grousing."
//I can mend a broken heart//
Buffy: "I'm here for you, Xand. I'm support-o-gal."
//If you need to crash//
Buffy: How are they ever supposed to forgive me?
//then crash and burn//
Xander: "Well, we could grind our enemies into talcum powder with a
sledgehammer, but gosh, we did that last night."
//You're not alone//
Buffy: "I'm a freak."
Kendra: "Not the only freak."
Buffy: "Not anymore."
//When you feel all alone//
Buffy: I've got a friend down there. Or at least a potential friend. Do
you know what it's like to have a friend?
//And a loyal friend is hard to find//
Cordelia: "We're still all rooting for you on Saturday. I'd be there for you
myself if I didn't have a leg wax."
//You're caught in a one way street//
Buffy: "Oh! I know this one: "Slaying entails certain sacrifices...
blah blah bity blah. I'm so stuffy, give me a scone."
Giles: "It's as if you know me."
//With the monsters in your head//
Angel: "I've had a demon inside me for a couple hundred years...just waiting for
a good fight."
Buffy: "Winner and still champion."
//When hopes and dreams are far away//
Xander: "Well, it was dark, and the thing went through the window so quick,
and I was a little shocked when I saw it, and..."
Cordelia: "Go ahead, say it. You ran like a woman."
Xander: "Hey, if you saw this thing, you'd run like a woman too!"
//and You feel you can't face the day//
Xander: "You know what? It was wrong to meddle with the forces of darkness. I
see that now. I think we've all grown. I gotta go."
//Let me be the one you call//
Buffy: "Well, I'm going to need every single one of you on board.
Especially you Xander. You're sort of the key figure here."
Xander: "Key? - Me? Okay, - pride, - humility, - and here is the
mind numbing fear. What do I have to do?"
//If you jump I'll break your fall//
Buffy: "Giles, my mother's in that room. If I don't make it out of here, I know
you'll make sure she does."
Giles: "Bloody right, I will."
//Lift you up and fly away with you into the night//
Angel: "I'll hunt."
Buffy: "Really? You'd do that?"
Angel: "Not like I have an early day tomorrow."
//If you need to fall apart//
Xander: "Aww, you just need cheering up, and I know just the thing: crazed
dance party at the Bronze!"
Buffy: "Oh no."
Xander: "Very calm dance party at the Bronze?"
Buffy: "..."
Xander: "Moping at the Bronze."
//I can mend a broken heart//
Buffy: "Are we cool?"
Xander: "Yeah. Just seeing the two of you kissing after everything
that happened, I leaned toward the postal. But I trust you."
//If you need to crash//
Cordelia: "Okay! Scarred for life. Oh god.
//then crash and burn//
Xander: Well, you know, you don't need that anymore. You got us!
//You're not alone//
Willow: "Hey!!! We don't have time for this, our friends are in trouble. Now we
have to put our heads together and, and get them out of it. And if you two aren't
with me a hundred and ten percent, then get the hell out of my library!"
//Because there has always been heartache and pain//
Buffy: "I think horrible is still coming. Right now, it's worse.
Right now I'm just trying to keep from dying."
//And when it's over you'll breathe again//
Wesley: This is mutiny.
Buffy: I like to think of it as graduation.
//You'll breathe again//
Willow: "Oh, I've got it! I've got it!!!"
Xander: "She's good."
//When you feel all alone//
Buffy: "Homework."
Willow: "It's my way of saying get well soon."
Buffy: "You know, chocolate says that even better."
Willow: "I did all your assignments. All you have to do is sign your name."
Buffy: "Chocolate means nothing to me."
//And the world has turned its back on you//
Giles: "To forgive is an action of compassion, Buffy. It's not done because
people deserve it. It's done because they need it."
//Give me a moment please//
Cordelia: "What about me? I care about Giles."
//To tame your wild wild heart//
Xander: "I mean, how am I gonna pass Trig? And who am I gonna call every
night? And talk about everything we did all day? You're my best friend. I love
you."
//Let me be the one you call//
Xander: I'll handle it. This job doesn't require actual
slaying.
//If you jump//
Willow: "Okay, I don't feel better now, and we've gotta' help Buffy."
//I'll break your fall//
Willow: "Buffy!"
Xander: "We were just going to rescue you."
Willow: "At least some of us were."
Giles: "Well, I would have."
//Lift you up//
Willow: "There's no use arguing with me. Do you see my resolve face? You've
seen it before, you know what it means."
//and fly away with you into the night//
Xander: "Cavalry's here. Cavalry's a frightened guy with a rock, but it's here."
//If you need to fall apart//
Giles: If anything should happen to you... should be killed, I'd take it somewhat amiss."
Willow: "You'd be cranky?"
Giles: "Entirely."
Willow: "Well, we try not to get killed. That's part of our whole mission statement: 'Don't get killed.'"
//I can mend a broken heart//
Xander: Hey! Nobody messes with my Willow
//If you need to crash//
Cordelia: You really helped me out yesterday, and you didn't have to.
So, thank you.
//then crash and burn//
Cordelia: "Oh, look, it's the Three Musketeers."
Buffy: "Was that an insult?"
Xander: "It kinda' lacked punch."
Willow: "The Three Musketeers were cool."
Cordelia: "I see your point."
Xander: "I would've gone with Stooges."
//You're not alone//
Snyder: "You really have faith in those kids, don't you?"
Giles: "Yes, I do."
Snyder: "Weird"
