Payment for advertisements
Payment for advertisements is required in advance, as discussed below. No advertisements will be accepted until full payment has been received.
A current wholesale price list is sufficient evidence of the market value of the item or items to be submitted. By submitting the items of the value indicated to the list owner, you are indicating your agreement to abide by the conditions in this document.

The merchandise is to be submitted to the list owner after verifying which items are appropriate and acceptable. It is recommended that the product be delivered in person to any location in the center of Jerusalem. The list owner will accept the responsibility to send a messenger to pick up the merchandise from a location in the center of Jerusalem.
Paying for advertisements
Submit merchandise, documents, or software to the list owner, as discussed in this document. In many cases, you may be asked to submit copies or representative items from the merchandise that is to be advertised.
Form of payment
Payment for advertisements is never made in cash. Rather, the advertiser is asked to submit merchandise, documents, or software to the list owner, as discussed in this document. This is often the merchandise that is to be advertised. The merchandise is to be submitted to the list owner after verifying which items are appropriate and acceptable.
How much will the advertisement cost?
The value of the item or items to be submitted shall be no less than US $252 (=$18 Chai x 14) for each advertisement submitted.
Ownership:
The product or products must be in the possession of the list owner before the advertisement is posted. In any event, the merchandise will remain the property of the list owner and will not be returned.
Taxes:
Items that are shipped to the list owner from abroad are taxed when they are brought into Israel. The advertiser will pay the full Israeli tax or any other charges or expenses of any kind before the product will be reviewed or evaluated for acceptance. This compensation for taxes will not be returned under any circumstance even if the product is not accepted for advertising. However, submissions will not be returned even if the tax has not been paid.
Deposit of review or evaluation copies
No payment will be accepted for commercial items to be included in any of these lists. However, the list owner will be presented with one or more completely free review copies of the item which is to be advertised, or of its equivalent, before the advertisement will be posted. The item or items to be presented to the list owner must have a total minimum $250 wholesale value before taxes. The list owner must be presented with the full marketing version of the item. Demos or limited versions of software will not be accepted. Your wholesale price lists will be acceptable indications of the value of the item to be advertised. Many of these items which are accepted will be placed in the Computer Gemach. If hardware or software items are to be advertised, then the list owner must be given one or more review copies of the latest version of those items.
Address for submission
Items to be submitted for review or evaluation are to be sent to the list owner, David Grossman. After the item(s) to be submitted have been approved, the list owner will explain the address for sending the documents, software, or merchandise.
Ownership of review items
Items that are submitted for review and evaluation will not be returned under any condition, and they will remain the property of the Computer Gemach or of the list owner irrelevant of whether the item has or has not been accepted for posting.
To remove any and all doubt or uncertainty: Items submitted for review or evaluation shall never be returned under any circumstance or for any reason.
These items are submitted for evaluation, not as a form of payment. Evaluation necessarily means that in some cases items will be accepted for posting, and in other cases they may be rejected.
This guideline is a sine qua non. By submitting commercial products to the list, you agree to accept this and other guidelines in this website. All rejected items will be used for charitable purposes.
There is great competition among list owners, and we will not join this competition. Your decision to post commercial messages on this list will be based upon your own research and observation of the list's effectiveness, rather than on statistics.
When possible, the submissions will be used for charitable purposes, such as the Computer Gemach.
