Zemelakh

Zemelakh is a kind of shortbread, that goes very well with tea and
coffee. They are done in no time.

1 1/2 c flour.
3 tbsp sugar.
3 tbsp butter.
1 egg.
2 tsp dried milk.
1/3 tsp baking powder.
1 egg to brush.
Sugar to sprinkle.
Cinnamon to sprinkle.

Combine butter, egg, sugar, dried milk and baking powder, until
smooth. Add flour and knead dough. Roll out the dough thinly, Cut out
small cookies with moulds or a glass, put on a baking sheet and brush
with egg, sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Bake in a preheated oven
250C for 10-15 minutes
