Uncooked Tomato Sauce Italian Style (Dairy/Vegetarian)

Serves 4  

Ingredient--
1 1/2 tsp dried oregano
Fresh basil to garnish
2 garlic cloves, crushed
3 tbsp capers, drained
18 black olives, pitted and sliced
3 medium-sized tomatoes
1/3 c olive oil --
6 oz Mozzarella cheese, cubed

Combine sauce ingredients in no corrosive bowl, set aside for 30 minute.

Cook pasta and drain.
  
Return empty pot to turned off heat; pour in drained pasta and toss. Cover with lid for
1 minute to let cheese soften.

Uncover, serve with fresh basil leaves and serve.    

Good for the height of tomato season on hot days.
