| Sundried Tomato Bread
(Bread Machine Method)
1 1/4 cups Water 2 Tbs. Butter or Margarine 2 1/2 cups Bread Flour 1 1/2 tsp. Fresh basil (chopped) 1/2 cup Semolina (paste flour) 1 tsp. 3/4 tsp. Fresh garlic (minced) 1 1/2 Tbs. Sugar 3 Tbs. Sundried tomatoes 1 1/2 tsp. Salt 1 1/2 tsp. Yeast Follow the bread machine manufacturer's recommendations for proper loading order of ingredients or Place ingredients into the mixing container in the above order. Set bread machine for normal cycle, medium bake time. When cycle is completed, let bread cool slightly. *Prepare tomatoes as per package instructions.
