Sesame Zucchini

6 zucchini
2 cloves of garlic, chopped
Oil for deep-frying
4 Tbsp. lemon juice
2-3 Tbsp. sesame seeds
Salt

Wash, but do not peel the zucchini. Cut each zucchini into 6 strips,
and then cut each strip in half

Marinate the zucchini in a little bit of the lemon juice and all the
chopped garlic for 15 minutes.

Fry the zucchini in hot oil in a deep pan. Once the zucchini is
browned, remove from the oil and place on paper towels to absorb
excess oil.

Place the zucchini on a serving plate and season it with the lemon
juice, salt and sesame seeds.
