SESAME CHICKEN (Yemen) 

1 cup flour
1 cup sesame seeds 
2 tablespoons good paprika 
Salt to taste 
2 pounds chicken thighs 
2 eggs, whipped 
1/2 cup chicken broth   

Blend together in a large bowl the flour and sesame seeds, along with  the paprika and a little salt.
Coat the chicken thighs in this  mixture, and dip them first in a mixture of the eggs and chicken  broth, and then back into the flour again.
Brown these  lightly in a frying pan and finish in the oven, or simply  bake them at 350 F. for about 30 minutes.
