Eggless Chocolate Mousse (Pareve)


1 pkg silken tofu
1 bag (12 oz) pareve chocolate chips
1 Tbsp. vanilla

Melt the chocolate chips (The easiest way is using themicrowave, or use a bain marie.
Let it cool a bit.
While it's cooling blend the tofu in a food processor.
Add in the vanilla and melted chocolate and mix well.
Refrigerate a few hours and serve with strawberries.
