MOCK CHOPPED LIVER V


5 hard boiled eggs
1 cup walnuts
2 medium size onions

Saute onions until nice and brown. Chop the walnuts in the food
processor. Add the still hot eggs, and the onions, including the oil
that they were fried in. Add oil or mayonnaise according to need. Add
salt and pepper to taste.

It is best if made a night earlier and left in the refrigerator for
24 hours so that the flavors blend
