| Kourabiedes (Greek sugar cookies)
2 sticks of sweet butter 1 egg 1 cup of flour (a little extra if needed) sugar (confectioner) roasted chopped almonds cognac In a bowl, mix the butter with 3 tablespoons sugar until creamy. Add the egg, the cognac, the almonds, and the flour. Make a pliable dough; add more flour, if needed, so as to be able to make the shapes you prefer.
