Irish Tzimmes Meatless Version

Ingredients
8 lg carrots
1/2 ts salt
3/4 c honey
1 tb lemon juice
3 tb margarine
3 tb flour

Instructions
Scrape and slice carrots 1/4 inch thick.
Place in a heavy saucepan with cold water, just to cover. Cook until
almost tender. Add salt, honey and lemon juice. Simmer gently about
20 minutes. Melt margarine in skillet and blend in flour.
Add to carrots, shaking pot to distribute evenly. Brown lightly under
broiler before serving.
Serves 7-8
