Honey Sponge Cake

6 eggs - separated
1 c. sugar
1 c. honey
1/8 c. oil
1/6 c. orange juice (1/2 orange, juiced)
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 t. baking powder
1/2 t. baking soda
1 t. cinnamon
1/8 t. cloves
1/8 t. nutmeg

Beat egg whites until stiff and set aside.
Mix together egg yolks, sugar, honey, oil, and orange juice.
Mix the dry ingredients and fold in to the wet ones.
The batter will be very stiff.
Then fold in the egg whites and bake in a 9x13 pan at 350 until done. (about 45 min)
You can alter the spices to suit your taste or spice cupboard.
