Cottage Cheese Pie

24 oz Cottage Cheese
1 Cup Granulated Sugar
1 Tblsp Cornstarch and 1 Tblsp Flour
1/4 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
3 Tblsp Lemon Juice
Tblsp of melted Butter or Margarine
3 Eggs (well beaten)

Mix cheese, sugar, cornstarch, flour, salt, baking powder, melted butter,
lemon juice mix in well beaten eggs and
pour in too pie shell.

Use a Deep dish pan and a single pie shell recipe of your choice or frozen.

Bake at 400 deg for 10 min then lower to 300 deg for 30 - 40 min. ( till
set )
Let Pie cool throughly then refrigerate till chilled before cutting for best
results .
