Apple Cinnamon Crunch

Combine in large bowl:

4 cups old-fashioned oats
1/2 cup coconut
1 cup nuts, finely chopped
1/2 cup sesame seed
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon

Combine separately and add:
1/2 cup honey
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 C).

To mixture in bowl, add 8 oz. finely cut dried apples. Mix thoroughly. Spread on 2 large greased baking pans and bake 20-25 mintues, stirring
occasionally. Store in tightly covered container in refrigerator.
