Symphonic Band
As you know we are performing at Disney on May
13th. We are scheduled to perform at 4:30 at the Tomorrowland Stage near Space
Mountain. The following is an itinerary for the day.
7:30am- report to band room, get music/instruments, bring your uniforms in a
uniform bag, wear band t shirts and shorts.
7:45am- load buses and leave for Disney. You must have all parts of your uniform
with you: black pants, black shoes, cummerbund, and bow tie.
8:00am – buses leave,
9:00am – arrive at Magic Kingdom, get tickets enter the park, enjoy your day be
sure to eat lunch
2:45 – Meet at gate by Pirates of the Carribean. DO NOT BE LATE!!!!!!!
Go back stage, get uniforms, change, & warm up for performance.
3:45 – Load buses to head to performance area
4:30 – Perform in Tomorrowland
5:00 – Load buses head to Winter Haven
Turn in Cummerbunds, bow ties and shirts.
6:00 - Arrive at Jewett Academy, be picked up by parents

Cost for the trip is $10. Return permission slip and money by Friday, April 30th
Make sure that you have your music in order!
Also please remember we will be going to Disney on May 13th and we will have our concert on May 3rd at WHHS.
