TRANSPARENT .GIF --
giving an image a transparent background...

1. Open your image in animation shop

2. Open a "new transparent" image in A.S. just a little bit larger than you original image. (if the orig. is 250x250px then make the transp. one-255x255 pixels)

3. Go to original image and click on the top bar frame of it-to make it active. then click "edit" "copy"

4. Then make the transparent image active and "edit/paste into selected frame" click the mouse down right away. Or your image will get moved around....

5. now click File/export frames to psp (on your transparent image you just pasted)

6. now in psp-- take your magicwand and click on the bg around your image, and hit delete on your keyboard.

7. when your finished deleting your bg--you may need to use the eraser some too.

8. close the image out. And it will ask you a question. Click yes. and it will take the image back to ani shop

9. then you can save it as a .gif image

Thank you for taking my tutorial. I hope you have enjoyed it!
