Simply return the jewelry along wish your sales receipt within 5 days of receiving the item. Please email us to inform us that you will be sending the item back so we can expect it. Please pack the item well and insure the package. We will repair the piece, create a new piece of jewelry just for you, or return the purchase price of the jewelry. You are responsible for shipping the returned piece to us and we will pay for shipping the repaired piece back to you. We highly suggest you add insurance on items shipped. We will do everything possible to get all purchases to our customers in a fast and safe fashion but we can't guarantee items, that were damaged or lost in the mail. Adding postal insurance will guarantee your items make it to you or your money back. If lose or damage does occur, I will be happy to do anything I can to expedite your postal claim.
