WILLIE was born October 18, 1932 in Breathitt County Kentucky to SARAH SWEENEY & CLEVELAND PARKS. Willie lived in Indiana most of his life but moved back to Kentucky in 1984. Willie had a stroke and now lives in the Salyersville Health Care Facility in Salyersville, Ky where he is doing great. His speech is great and he gets around good. Willie was married to ?.
