I figured out today that the two students who "typed up" and "finished" "their" essays copied and pasted their essays from websites.  Both of their eassys has hyperlinks in them.  I did not realize this until after the students had already left (they were completed everything so Miss Dawkins let them go to gym).  So on Tuesday I will have to talk to them about plagerism and making sure that they don't.  On another note, today more students finished and I instructed them on what to do.  Most of the class today I spent going through and making sure they were doing what they were suppose to do for each thing.
