Fishes Dilema Solved ???

| Wiggly Tooth astounded the music world by deciphering the Fragile Heart fishes dilema !!! | |||
Onto the questions. Mind if have a crack?1. How happy is the average tuna ? Why Tuna? Are Tuna the representative fish of all the fishes in the sea? Has there been a Fish Election whereby Tuna were elected the undisputed Head Of Fish State? 2. Is it presumed that all the fishes in the sea are happy at any given moment ? If the Tuna are running the Sea in an orderly manner, is it not reasonable to expect that the fishes are happy? Sure they might have a downer day every now & then, but by and large they should be quite happy with their little fishy lives. 3. Is Jewel happier than each and every individual fish ? I think what Jewel is saying is that she is in indeed rather happy. She simply cannot see the possibility of any of those fishes being happier than her. Even if the Tuna Elect had reduced the Sea Deficit to next to nothing! 4. Or, is Jewel boldly claiming she's happier than the combined total of all the fishes in the sea ? Granted, it's a bold statement, but hey, when you're on top of the world even an entire mass of fish can't get ya down! 5. Maybe, in fact, Jewel is not happy. Is it just that fish lead more miserable lives still ? Ooooh, i think you're off track here, Prezzy. Given that the Tuna Elect is doing a FABULOUS job running the Sea, I don't think it's fair to say that the fish are leading miserable lives. That would be an insult to President Tuna, now wouldn't it? And we all know what happens when you insult the P.T....the Presidential Tuna Secret Service (or PTSS) get called in to sort things out! Messy! 6. An ego problem perhaps ? Jewel can't live with the reality that a particular fish might be happier than she ? If this is so, there's nothing to stop this ecstatic fish from writing a song to inform us all that it is, indeed, happier than Jewel. Or it could always write a letter to it's local Member of Fish Parliament, who would then forward on the happy fish's concerns to PT, who would in turn sic the PTSS on to that egotistical little prat, Jewel. 7. Is it a line left over from, 'A Night Without Armor' ? You just might be on to something there... |

"Red Light District, Amsterdam" - pg 86: A Night Without Armor Silver threads, a delicious mark steel kiss ignites a spark not just once, but maybe twice I don't wanna write sad songs tonight All the fishes in the sea Could not be happier than me. Under a strong moon my heart swells up I'm overflowing, Buttercup. Give me a strong arm not weak with might don't wanna sing sad songs tonight All the fishes in the sea Could not be happier than me. Daffodils and daisies hot on my chest sweet arms, salty flesh. Sweet and proud I'm sharp as a dart, do you wanna see a blue bird? It sings in the dark. Not just once but maybe twice I don't wanna sing sad songs tonight All the fishes in the sea Could not be happier than me. | ||
