| Jetstart 2002 Events (Regattas) Below are Jetstart's official team 2002 events. Jetstart crew also competed as the Urban Canoe Club (UCC) in Welland (a.k.a. Alain'sTeam) , Wildwood, Hamilton (Women), Pickering, St. Catherines, Welland II and Toronto Summer Sensation. Thanks to our sister teams, Shogun Warriors, and Titanic. Jetstart crew also competed with The Sun Dragons II at the 6000 m Endurance race in Montreal and with Zamboanga (from Portland, Oregon) in San Francisco. Welland-June 16, 2002 9 th out of 19 teams Ottawa - June 21-23, 2002 25 th out of 180 team (finals rained out) Hamilton-July 13, 2002 2nd place "A Final", 1 st Womens Team Montreal - July 19-21, 2002 2nd "B Conc", A division) 20 th overall London - August 16-18, 2002 1st "A Conc" , 4 th overall in the event Toronto GWN Sept, 2002 5 th in "C" Final 29 out of 150 teams Stratford - Sept. 15, 2002 4 th in "A Final", 4 th out of 86 teams, Mens Team 1st.
