| -The multi-trunk form contributes to the "woodland" feel that I am trying to create in this corner. -The tree should produce white flowers eventually, but this one has not. Apparently dogwoods are temperamental that way. -The purpose of the stone planter is to raise it out of the muck at this low end of the yard. The 'cry of rejoice' Japanese irises at its base and the cinnamon fern to the left love the wet area. |
