Do you go to anyone elses job and give them a hard time? Do you go into their office and cuss them and make them feel small? Chances are that if you did, you would be arrested for "going postal" right? So just because the holidays are upon us (or at any other time of year) , what makes these assholes go into your place of business and treat you like crap, just because you are trapped behind a counter or not allowed to say anything back because the "customer is always right". They think you are uneducated, an underachiever or believe that this is the only job you can get. What they don't realize is that when you have to deal with people like that , you are using patience,  skill and expertice that keeps  you from stomping their sorry asses, right??
