DEFORMED FROGS
In rare occasions a frog may develop an extra feature or never develop a needed feature. This can result in a frog being deformed. Deformity can be the result of one of many things but no matter what the cause is the deformity will be easily seen on the frog. Features of deformity in a frog are usually a missing or extra limb. In some ways deformity in frogs can help it, which if this feature was kept in the next generation of frogs, then that frog would have "evolved" (but that's another topic). The chart below shows some types of deformities in frogs.
CAUSES OF DEFORMITIES

-Combinations of genes in frog, either some are missing or one is in the wrong place

-A harmful parasite is living in the frog

-Loss of limb from a predator
