| To clean you need to know what frogs you have. (refer to frogcare) -Aqua Frog- You may want to put on some gloves. First take out everything but the water,gravel, and frogs. Next use a net to get the frogs out and put them in a cup filled with the old tank water. Next you may want to use a stainer and dump the water in it to catch the rocks. Rinish some bottled water through a couple of times. After you clean everything put it all back the way you want it. Before you put the frogs in you may want to put the cup in the new water so that the frogs get adjusted to it. Also try to get as little as you can of the old water out of the cleaned tank when putting frogs back in. -Land Frog- For land frogs you may just want to clean the cage with a wet towel or take everything out and wipe it off. If the water is dirty replace it with new water.Clean up any dead bugs or frog waste you see. !!!!WARNING!!!! Don't use chemicals in cleaning. Frogs absorb water and air through their skin so they might absorb the chemicals. If you do use them make sure you put the frog in when all the chemicals are washed away. I do not recommend you use chemicals. Also do not use tap or distill water because of materials in them that are harmful to frogs, use bottled water. |
