Once again, I am extremely sorry for the lack of updates... I've been overloaded with homework, the newspaper, Christmas shopping... etc. etc. etc. and I've kinda been losing my time to come on the computer. But... for the time being, I am on a 2-week vacation and I'm bored out of my mind, so... what better opportunity to update? There have been major changes in the Yankee roster. Yesterday the Yanks acquired Hideki (Godzilla) Matsui from the Yamouri Giants in Japan, the Yanks also signed a one-year contract with Todd Zeile. Ventura has been resigned with the Yankees, El Duque may qualify for arbitration, and by the looks of it Shane Spencer may not be back and Bernie Williams may be flipped to another position in the outfield. Also... Jeter was on The Last Call with Carson Daly 1:35-2:35 this morning, hopefully you caught it on tape (or stayed up and watched it) on NBC. Also I heard somewhere that Jeter's SNL appearance will be rerun on some cable network that I obviously don't have... so be sure to look into it. HAPPY HOLIDAYS!!!!

Hey! Glad to see Andrea's back! =D Anyways... I thought I should just inform anyone who might not have heard (not that I could understand how you would break away from it) that the Yankees lost to the Anaheim Angels in the ALDS, and are therefore out of the postseason. I'll be adding an article about it from the Trenton Times... but I can't stay on long because my back hurts from sitting here *hehe*

wOot wOOt! Sorry I havent (andrea) updated in a while. Alyssa has been doing a good job so yea :) I'm watching the Yankees game right now! Yeah baby! Soriano hit a homer!! =] Derek Jeter has been really great so far and so has El Duque. I feel bad for Andy Pettite too =[ And thta guy that threw away that ball which cuased Soriano to hit a dinger. Anyway, Derek Jeter has been almost perfect, I think 6 for 7, but im not that sure. Anyway.. go Yankees!! <333

Congrats to the Yankees on making it five consecutive division championships in a row! Excited to see them make it all the way... number 27 coming right up, right? Anyways. I'm sorry for the lack of updates. It's really not all my fault. I really don't know what to add here, and like I stated before, I have my own Derek Jeter site that I have been falling behind in updates with as well. I hope to add some news articles and such soon, I will be adding news headlines throughout the postseason of course, and some wavs as well... otherwise, I'm really confused when it comes to my job here, lol. I accidentally came across Andrea's signature in someone's guestbook... I thought that was kinda funny. I was reading the site again, trying to figure out what exactly I could possibly add to this site already since those who worked on here well before me have done such a fabulous job & all I can come up with are news articles *lol*... I thought about adding wavs, but I'll take up all their space if I do that, I know that from my own experiences *hehe*... anyways... I came across the awards section... and I found an award I made for this site and I just started laughing. Anyways...
I'm sorry I haven't really updated lately... Every year after the postseason I have a new layout up on my website (im not talking about this one, since this isn't even my own lol... don't worry i'd never change this layout, its way outta my league), and I wanted to get a head start on it this year, but I'm making several new layouts so I can get people's opinons and that takes forever so I've been sorta neglecting this site. Plus, I have to admit, I'm always afraid I'm going to mess something up on here *lol*. Anyways.... I'll be adding some news or something I guess, especially since I really don't feel like updating my own site, I don't know why. Did everyone catch last night's game? LOL.... Derek Jeter was 3-5? I think so... well his average is back at .303, and he had some really awesome plays in the infield - awesome enough that even that Kaat guy said something, and I honestly think he hates the Yankees. But whatever... MLB better not go on strike, lol.

I'm not new to making/updating websites, but I am knew to helping out with Derek Jeter Dream... I do have another Derek Jeter site... no I'm not trying to use this as a gag to promote anything, lol.. but it was already added in the links somewhere (probably becuz I begged the owners lol..i can't remember why) around here if you want to check it out... It was so adorable...I of course, was so dumb that I forgot to tape it... they showed Derek Jeter predict to A-Rod that Soriano was going to hit the home run at the All-Star Game... and when he did A-Rod was like "How did you know that!" Ok, ok... you had to see it, lol. Also, Derek Jeter won an ESPY award for his play in last years ALCS... he certainly deserved that one.
