Have you ever been prayed for by a person of faith for healing or something else and nothing ever manifested in your life as you prayed??? It is not the evangelists fault you did not receive!
Why? The power of God was present, and some of you felt the power of God and his annointing touch your body...but then nothing happened? That is because YOUR faith has not been released concerning the subject you are praying about.
Hebrews 4:2 says "the word preached did not profit them, not being mixed with faith in them that heard it."You will not get anything from God by faith, if you don't believe God will make it available to you!!! FAITH means believing you have something before you ever see it in this world. If you still feel you have to ask, you don't believe! (no faith working for you)
In my book, The Promise, the 10 lepers were healed as they put action to their faith...'they went to the priests to be proclaimed clean'. Healing can be by degree based upon two conditions: first, the degree of healing virtue ministered; second, the degree of faith that gives power to the person being ministered to. The Holy spirit's power will not profit you if it is not mixed with faith, (yours and the one ministering it to you). |
