Ingredients: 1 cup Rolled Oats 1 cup Plain Flour 1 cup Brown Sugar 3/4 cup Dessicated Coconut 125g Margarine or Butter 2 tablespn Golden Syrup 1 teasp Baking Soda 3 tablespn Boiling Water
Method: Blend Oats, Flour , Sugar and Coconut together, mix well. Melt butter and Syrup together over low heat, then remove. Disolve Baking Soda in boiling water, then add to melted butter mix. Stir this into oats mixture.
Bake at 150* C Conventional Oven 15 - 20minutes Fan Forced Oven 10 - 12 minutes
Cool for 5 minutes
