Sadly, in April 2005, Jessyka came down with a virus that quickly turned into pneumonia. She had to be rushed to the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit at Children�s Methodist Hospital where doctors found a number of conditions and issues contributing to her serious illness. She has been diagnosed with Secondary Pulmonary Hypertension and Cor Pulmonale.
In addition to her daily medicines of Dioxin, Lasix, Prevacid, Flovent & Xopenex, Jessyka is now on oxygen for an undetermined length of time. Her rare condition is being followed closely by a Pulmonologist, Cardiologist, Gasterointestionalist and many, many other doctors.
Although Jessyka's family has private health insurance, they do not qualify for any other government assistance programs and their current health insurance is limited. The Fraziers are having a hard time paying the medical bills that are rapidly incurring.
Please find it in your heart to donate and help Jessyka's family not only pay the pile of medical bills that has already accumulated thus far, but so Jessyka may continue to receive the necessary care & treatments she so desperately needs.
